Shipping

FedEx Standard Overnight service is used for orders shipped domestically.

AcroMetrix ships FOB; shipping & handling charges will be added to Invoice.

Per customer request when the order is placed, customer’s FedEx account number can be used. In this event, handling charges will still apply.

For products requiring dry ice, insulated shipping containers are required; therefore IATA handling charges apply based on the size of the container required for shipping and the volume of dry ice required to maintain acceptable product temperature during shipping.

International orders will routinely ship on Monday or Friday (depending on receiving country).

International orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority or a Freight Forwarder, determined by the receiving country. International recipients are expected to provide proper documentation to customs to expedite the clearance of materials and avoid delays that may impact the condition of the product.

Shipment Tracking

AcroMetrix will provide customers with tracking information on the ship date, and will track all orders through delivery. If delays are encountered, the customer will be notified in a timely manner and informed of the rescheduled delivery date.
